Under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ you have the right to:
- obtain information about, and access to, the processing of your data;
- request rectification, blocking or erasure of data that is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or processed unlawfully;
- withdraw consent to processing;
- object to processing for advertising purposes;
- complain to Roskomnadzor or seek judicial remedy.
How to exercise
- Data created in the App (tasks, settings, statistics) is stored locally and is deleted by you — by uninstalling the App or clearing its data in device settings.
- The advertising identifier can be reset or limited in device settings ("Ads"/"Privacy"). Requests to the ad network are handled under Yandex's terms.
- For any rights requests, contact support@chekak.store. Identity verification may be required. The Operator responds within the term set by 152-FZ (generally up to 30 days).
