Privacy Policy — CheKak: Pomodoro

1. Operator

The personal-data operator is sole proprietor (IP) Ivan I. Kosenkov (INN 773717313581, OGRNIP 326774600222374), address: 117546, Russia, Moscow, Bulatnikovsky proezd, 10, bld. 1, apt. 56, "the Operator". Contact: support@chekak.store.

2. General

This Policy is prepared under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and explains what data is processed when you use the "CheKak: Pomodoro" mobile app ("the App"). By using the App you agree to this Policy.

3. No sign-up

The App requires no account and does not request your name, phone, e-mail or other contact details.

4. Data stored on your device

The information you create (tasks, notes, tags, timer settings, statistics, history) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to the Operator. It is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data.

5. Advertising and third-party data

The App uses the Yandex Advertising Network (Yandex Mobile Ads SDK). To serve and measure ads, the Yandex SDK may collect and process:

  • device advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / HUAWEI OAID);
  • technical device data (model, OS version, language, network type);
  • IP address and approximate IP-based location;
  • ad-interaction data.

This data is processed by Yandex LLC as an independent operator/processor under its terms: yandex.ru/legal/confidential and yandex.ru/legal/rules. The App's Operator does not receive this data in personalized form.

6. Permissions

The App uses: internet/network access (showing ads), notifications (timer and reminders), exact alarms (deadline reminders), vibration. These permissions are not used to collect personal data by the Operator.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's data.

8. Retention & security

As the Operator does not store your user data on its servers, its retention is controlled by you (on-device data). Data processed by the ad network is retained per Yandex's policies.

9. Your rights

You have the data-subject rights provided by 152-FZ. The procedure is described at Data Subject Rights. Requests: support@chekak.store.

10. Changes

The Operator may amend this Policy; the current version is published at this address with its effective date.

11. Governing version

This Policy is drawn up in Russian. Translations are provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy the Russian version prevails.
