About this document

The Privacy Policy describes personal data processing in accordance with Russian Federal Law 152-FZ.

What we store

• Anonymous mode (no registration): no personal data, only technical cookies with consent. For the free trial of services (converters/tools without sign-in) we additionally use a technical cookie and briefly process the IP address — see "Abuse prevention".
• Registered mode: email, name, date of birth, transaction and payment history.

Cookies

The main chekak.store domain uses an opt-in cookie banner with 3 categories (Necessary / Analytics / Advertising). The cdn.chekak.store subdomain operates in cookieless mode (for static assets).

Abuse prevention (anonymous trial)

To prevent the free, sign-in-free operations from being abused, we apply technical rate-limiting measures:

• Technical cookie chk_anon — belongs to the "Necessary" category (it keeps the service working and protects against abuse) and requires no separate consent. It contains only a random browser identifier not linked to any individual.
• IP address is processed briefly and solely to limit the number of free operations. The legal basis is the operator's legitimate interest in preventing abuse and protecting infrastructure.
• Retention of these counters is no more than 10 hours (the rate-limit sliding window), after which the data is deleted automatically.
• This data is not used for profiling, advertising, or transfer to third parties.
